Sarah Madinger, B.S., NSCA-CSCS
(A.K.A.  Dinger)

Having a lifestyle that includes staying active as a part of healthy living was embedded in Sarah from the beginning.  She remained active by trying any and all activities offered, such as basketball, volleyball, track and field, and her favorite on the water: wakeboarding.  An athletic scholarship for both volleyball and basketball led Sarah to central Montana and Rocky Mountain College where she completed her degree in the spring of 2009.  During her studies at Rocky, Sarah had the positive experience of interning with several physical therapists in a variety of settings, as well as participating as a student athletic trainer for all sports at RMC.  She most recently worked with trainers on the AMP (athletic medicine and performance) program, working intensely with high school and college athletes to improve speed and agility.
Don’t let her smile fool you, she will smile at you and make you do 20 more reps.  Sarah loves working with athletes in sports such as volleyball and basketball but her expertise does not stop there, she has a real knack for finding the things that motivate you and getting you to work hard.

Sarah holds a degree in Exercise Science, with a minor in Biology.  She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), one of the most highly recognized non-profit certification commissions in the North America.

“Healthy choices are what we need to encourage in each other and teach to the next generation...while leading by example.  A solid workout is one of the most refreshing things you can do for your mind and body.  Fitness and good nutrition can only positively effect you and those you love.”
